These terms apply to everyone who visits or uses Escort United (escort-united.com), including visitors, members who write reviews and advertisers who publish profiles. Escort United is operated by Escort United. By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Escort United.
1. What Escort United is
Escort United is an online advertising directory. Independent adults and agencies publish advertisements about companionship and related services, and visitors can browse them. Escort United is not an escort agency: we do not arrange meetings, we do not employ or represent advertisers, we take no part in any agreement between an advertiser and a client and we receive no payment for any meeting.
Any contact, agreement or meeting between a visitor and an advertiser is entirely their own responsibility and happens outside Escort United.
2. Age and legality
- You must be at least 18 years old, or older if the age of majority in your country is higher, to use Escort United.
- The website contains adult content. Only visit it where this is legal for you.
- You are responsible for complying with the laws of the country and city where you are, including laws on adult services.
3. Accounts
- Keep your login details secret. You are responsible for everything done with your account.
- The information you give us must be true and up to date.
- We may refuse, suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, or that puts other people at risk.
4. Rules for advertisers
By publishing a profile you confirm and guarantee that:
- the person advertised is at least 18 years old and works voluntarily, without coercion, debt bondage or control by anyone else;
- the person advertised has given their consent to the advertisement and to every photo and video in it;
- the photos and videos are recent, show the person advertised and do not infringe anyone's copyright or privacy;
- the services offered are legal in the place where they are offered, and you hold any licence or registration required there;
- the profile contains no misleading information, no contact details or links in photos, and no content that is illegal, violent, degrading or that shows anyone who did not consent.
Agencies are responsible for every profile they publish and must be able to show, on request, that each person advertised is an adult, works voluntarily and has consented.
5. Moderation and verification
- New profiles, photos, videos, agency pages and reviews are checked by our moderators before they appear. We may refuse or remove any content without giving a reason.
- A Verified badge means that our moderators compared a private verification video with the profile photos. It is not a guarantee of identity, behaviour or the quality of any service.
- We may ask for additional proof of age, identity or consent at any time and suspend a profile until we receive it.
6. Zero tolerance for exploitation
We do not accept any advertisement involving minors, human trafficking, forced prostitution or any form of exploitation. Such profiles are removed immediately, the related accounts are closed and we cooperate with the police and other competent authorities. Everyone can report a profile with the Report this profile button or through our page on reporting human trafficking.
7. Reviews
- Reviews must describe your own genuine experience. Fake reviews, reviews written by or for the advertiser, and reviews written by competitors are not allowed.
- No explicit descriptions, personal data, insults, threats or discrimination.
- We may shorten, refuse or remove reviews that break these rules.
8. Content you publish
You keep the rights to the content you upload. You give Escort United a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, resize, convert, display and promote that content on Escort United and in its promotion for as long as the content is published, and for a reasonable time afterwards in backups. You can delete your content at any time from your account.
9. Paid services
Paid services, such as premium (VIP) placement and banners, are described together with their price and duration when you order them. Unless required otherwise by law, fees are not refunded when a profile or banner is removed because it broke these terms. Consumers keep all rights that mandatory consumer law gives them.
10. Visitors' responsibility
We check content, but we cannot guarantee that every advertisement is accurate or that every advertiser is who they say they are. Use common sense: never pay in advance to someone you do not know, and report anything suspicious to us.
11. Liability
Escort United is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Escort United is not liable for any agreement, meeting, payment or dispute between users, for content published by users, or for indirect or consequential damage. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence.
You agree to indemnify Escort United against claims from third parties that result from content you published or from your breach of these terms or the law.
12. Intellectual property
The design, software, texts and logo of Escort United belong to Escort United or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape or reuse them, or collect profiles or contact details from Escort United by automated means, without our written permission.
13. Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Important changes are announced to advertisers by e-mail or in their account. Continuing to use Escort United after a change means you accept the new terms.
14. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to go to the court of your own country.
